1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

  • During high volume periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer—we’ll keep you updated via email.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers like USPS or UPS.

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): calculated at checkout

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $100

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

 

3. Delivery Estimates
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please understand that estimated shipping times are provided by the carrier and may be subject to delays outside of our control (e.g., weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions).

 

4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to address issues, reshipping may incur additional costs.

 

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
