Due to the nature of our products (topical, personal care, small-batch), we do not accept returns or exchanges. This helps us ensure the purity, safety, and integrity of every item we ship.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

3. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, or if it’s been unusually delayed, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
Note: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses, so please double-check at checkout.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
